Our Founder
Jaclyn Vasquez is the founder and principal consultant of JV Consultancy. With more than two decades of experience spanning education, early childhood, public policy, family engagement, community systems development, and organizational leadership, she has partnered with local, regional, and statewide organizations to strengthen systems and advance meaningful change.
Recognized for her ability to navigate complexity with clarity and compassion, Jaclyn brings together strategic thinking, facilitation, and relationship-centered leadership to help organizations build alignment, strengthen partnerships, and move from vision to action. Her work is informed by both professional expertise and lived experience, shaping an approach that is practical, collaborative, and deeply rooted in the communities she serves.
