JV Consultancy is a boutique network of consultants, facilitators, educators, researchers, and strategists who partner with organizations, public agencies, foundations, schools, healthcare organizations, and community collaboratives to strengthen systems and create lasting change.

Founded by Jaclyn Vasquez, our work is grounded in the belief that meaningful change begins with relationships. We help organizations navigate complexity, strengthen collaboration, develop leaders, and elevate community voices into practical strategies that improve outcomes for children, families, and communities.
